Mh17 Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mh17 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any related service — you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 3. User Responsibilities & Rules

Mh17 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without warning:

• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate games
• Launching cyberattacks, attempting to hack, or engaging in any activity that disrupts platform operations
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud
• Colluding with other players to unfairly manipulate game outcomes
• Abusing bonus or promotional programmes in ways that go against their intended purpose

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mh17 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment methods used are legitimately their own — using another person's bank account or digital wallet is strictly prohibited.

Processed deposits are non-reversible. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and necessary security checks. mh17 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals if suspicious activity or a breach of Terms is detected. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.

Mh17 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including in-game losses, service interruptions, or unauthorised access by third parties. mh17's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of that user's active deposits at the time of the incident.

Account Suspension & Closure

Mh17 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining credit balance or unused bonuses may be forfeited.
